The Sail Loft is situated in the centre of Arundel and benefits from private parking within its gates. The loft is situated on the River Arun and has views up and down the river. The loft has a compact kitchen and lounge on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the first floor, which accommodates a king size bed, flat screen tv and access to a first floor balcony with views over the river. Located in the centre of Arundel directly on the river the Sail Loft sleeps 4 very comfortably. On the first floor is a king size bed and on the ground floor are 2 comfortable single day beds. The property benefits from secure on site parking which is a rarity in Arundel. The kitchenette provides a sink, fridge/freezer box, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker (please bring your own coffee pods), toaster, microwave and 2 ring electric hob. There is tea, coffee and sugar at the barn along with a selection of condiments. The bathroom on the ground floor comprises a WC, sink, generous sized shower and heated towel rail and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels, hair dryer and mirror allowing for light travelling (essential for you hikers and cyclists out there!). On the first floor there is also a toilet and sink within the room. The toilet is obscured by a screen as it’s a personal choice whether or not to use it. The loft offers free Wi-Fi access, Smart HD Ready LED TV in the bedroom providing access to terrestrial tv and Netflix. There is also an wifi-enabled Bluetooth speaker with free access to Spotify digital music service. Access to the Sail Loft in a vehicle is via the parking area of Arundel lido and the barn can be found behind 2 large gates. The barn is in the centre of Arundel. The barn is blessed with onsite parking for 1 car which is rare within Arundel. Access via car is through the Arundel lido car park. Access on foot is straight from the high street. The Sail Loft is a quirky building and in the spring can be quite chilly. There are electric radiators within the property and an electric fire for instant warmth. There is a toilet installed in the first floor bedroom (this is in addition to the toilet in the downstairs bathroom). This has been obscured by a screen as some people may find it odd, but the staircase can be tricky to negotiate at night, so the toilet might be a godsend on occasion.
