Boutique home in Chichester near train station

Welcome to my stylish and thoughtfully designed home. A cosy place to stay and sleep and only 8 mins walk from Chichester train station. The comfy bedrooms are a home away from home with all you need for a great stay - comfortable beds, a luxury family bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower. Super fast WiFI throughout the house. It has an open plan kitchen diner with ample seating. I have tried to make the home unique and inspiring in many ways. I love it, and I hope you will too. The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen diner. The dining table seats 6 people plus there are 3 stools for the breakfast bar. There is a large smart tv, which you can swivel to watch whilst having dinner or whilst in the kitchen preparing it! A large folding/sliding patio door leads out onto the tiled patio with fixed seating, a coffee table and bbq area. There are 3 bedrooms, but the loft bedroom is only accessible from the main bedroom via space saving stairs. This is ideally suitable for older children who are happy to share the space with their parent(s). The family bathroom has a freestanding bath, a large basin with under cabinet storage and a walk in wet room shower. The tiled floor is heated with under floor heating. The home is accessible via a key safe but I don't live too far away and can be on hand if any issues arise. The area is very handy for the train station (10 minutes walk) or main bus station (8 mins walk). The A27 is 2 mins away by car. Round the corner from the house is a small supermarket and post office. The canal is a fabulous place to walk and take your dog(s), this is an 8 minute walk away from the house. The house is a Victorian flint mid terrace cottage.
