Situated in the centre of Chichester is this charming 2 bedroom Victorian house, 10 min drive from Goodwood. Welcome to my stylish and thoughtfully designed home. A cosy place to stay and sleep and a hop skip and a jump from the city centre. The comfy bedrooms are a home away from home with all you need for a great stay - comfortable beds, a luxury ensuite with freestanding bath and separate shower. Parking is permit holder only, however there is a 24 hour parking lot behind the house £7 a day This is a contemporary styled victorian terraced house just a stones throw from the city centre. The house has 2 large double bedrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has access to the bathroom and shower downstairs. There is a large rear garden. Parking is permit holders only Mon-Sat 9-5. Parking permits may be available on request. Parking permit bays are not outside the house, they are short walk away from the property. There is also 24 hour paid parking behind the house in a large car park. This costs around £7 a day You can park outside the house on a single yellow line to unload/load your car or during non-permit hours. I live a few doors away so if there are any issues I can easily pop by to resolve. Otherwise I’ll leave the guests to their own devices The house is situated in the city centre and is in walking distance of all the city centre amenities including train station, bus station, theatre, colleges and hospital. The area is very handy for the train station (10 minutes walk) or main bus station (8 mins walk). The A27 is 3 mins away by car. Round the corner from the house is a small convenience store. There a small dog friendly park around the corner from the house where your dog can stretch its legs and have a good run. The walls in the house are very thin. Please keep noises down. The house is flanked by families with young children. Please be respectful. The house has superfast broadband WiFi and a mesh system to spread the signal throughout the house.
